Payment Policy

Prices are in pound sterling and subject to change.

We accept all major debit and credit cards, American Express and cash. We reserve the right to pre-authorize your card prior to arrival.

Full payment due for the stay is charged automatically two to three days prior to day of check-in. This applies to standard (five days prior to arrival) cancellation policy reservations.

Bookings made under ‘Non-refundable’ cancellation policy are charged in full at the time of making the reservation.

Cancellation Policy

This policy only applies for bookings made directly with us, over the phone, via email or through our website (

We will respond to all requests for cancellations by a return email. Should you not receive a return email from us, we ask that you assume that we have not received your request for cancellation.

Should you need to cancel your reservation we require written confirmation (letter or email) five days prior to the date of check in.

Failure to do so will result in the full price of the stay being charged to the credit / debit card on the reservation.

GROUP BOOKINGS (3 or more rooms)

To secure a group booking we require credit card details and a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total cost of the booking.
This deposit will be deducted from your total account, which will be payable 7 days prior to arrival.
If the booking or a part of the booking is cancelled 14 days or less before the intended arrival, 100% of the cost (less the deposit) for the total stay will be charged to your card.

Booking directly with us is always the most economical way to gain more flexibility to amend or cancel your booking.
