These are our most popular rooms. All rooms are en-suite and have a smart TV and desk. Tea and coffee tray with homemade biscuits are provided and the shower rooms are stocked with The White Co. toiletries. Each room is decorated differently to give a timeless feel and make the most of the natural daylight. Three of these rooms overlook the garden while the fourth room is at the front of the house. Two of these rooms are on the third floor and would not be suitable for guests who prefer not to use stairs. All rates are inclusive of breakfast.

Snug Double Room
The snug double rooms are our smaller rooms with the comfort of a standard double room – en-suite shower room, queen size bed, desk, hairdryer and tea and coffee making facilities with homemade biscuits.
Room 11 is on the ground floor, next to reception, with a spacious window overlooking the garden. It is ideal for those guests who prefer not to use too many stairs. However please note that our breakfast room is on the lower ground floor, one floor down.
Room 9 is on the 3rd floor at the front of the building. It has been recently refurbished and has one of the nicest shower rooms in the house. All rates are inclusive of breakfast. .

The superior double rooms are our signature rooms. These high ceiling rooms are the former reception rooms of the Georgian townhouse. They are situated on the ground and first floor, both overlooking Henrietta Street. They are decorated to truly capture Bath’s beautiful Georgian design. These elegant and airy rooms have a king size bed, seating area with tea and coffee making facilities, smart TVs and a writing desk. The wash basin is part of the main room. All rates are inclusive of breakfast.
